My name is Michael Johnson (aka +pixelpunk). I am a Web designer, Internet Marketer, and serial entrepreneur living in Rochester, NY. (soon to be Baton Rouge, Louisiana).

I spent a dozen years as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Marketing Professional in the Advertising and Public Relations field—now I focus exclusively on the Web. I have a personal Web site called pixelpunk creative if you are interested in viewing my work or checking out my resume.

I am also a co-founder of an eBook publishing company called 24PageBooks, Inc.. We develop non-fiction eBooks targeted at busy people with limited time and a need for easily digested, high value information (Think ‘Dummies’ series, without all the fluff and filler). We recently raised a round of venture capital seed funding with Kima Ventures of Paris, France and that’s my main focus these days.

Marketing and designing for the Web completely fascinates me. Entrepreneurship fascinates me. It’s what I am passionate about. So I thought, “Why not blog about it!?”
